Yummy Yummy Ice Cream

The ice cream/American deli in the mall serves up some extremely good cookie dough ice cream, probably the best I've ever had. Which is good since two scoops on a waffle cone is four bucks. But they just did something that really pisses me off and flattens my already bulemic wallet.

They added the most delicious pumpkin icecream I have ever had to their lineup. This will make it harder to keep away fine the mall for sure.

Crap

So here I was, set to post at least once a day, and I am already behind. Oh well, hot tubs feel great to soak in.

Quality is everything

Towards the end of the day, I was "allowed" to put together a floor model billiards cue&ball rack. This rack was a replacement for the original one we ordered, which had two holes drilled in a different spot on one side than another, prohibiting actual assembly.

The new one came in with several of the pieces heavily dented and worn, with the scoreboard piece heavily busted. And after going through both shelves, getting the best parts, it turns out we are going to send them both back as both sets have the cone chalk shelf too short to fit into the shelf-slot. It sucks.

And I just found out an upcoming pool table move is going to be us putting a pool table back UP some very steep stairs. I thought they stopped making stairs that steep back in the late sixties.

Work Relations

I currently have a full time job that I (mostly) enjoy. I even got a free trip to visit Brunswick's main billiards warehouse in Wisconsin out of it (and that $40K pool table looks better in person than online, to me).

Only issue I (and my coworkers and the store owner) really have is with the manager. He does pretty good, or he would be gone by now, I think, but he can be a slow-starter at the beginning of the day. Up until now, I have just had a mild desire for a shock collar for him to wear with an alarm clock.

However, as of yesterday, after getting an hour and a half late (again) start on going out & around doing some time consuming jobs in a place 45 minutes one way (sometimes it can be up to 2 hours) from our store, that mild desire for a shock collar has upgraded itself for a serious desire for surgically implanted electrodes in his nutsack. With cellular receiver. Or satellite phone receiver, I guess, to make sure it will get him anywhere.

How Cliché

Just saw someone I thought I knew - which reminded me of the fact that
he apparently got himself a sugar-momma who works for the DA. And he
is pretty much already on a first name basis in a criminal capacity
with her boss.

Sleepy

Had a good time on my level fifty scrapper hanging with my friends
hunting the holloween monsters.

Now I am just hoping the big out of town delivery goes fine and in one
trip tomorrow. I would hate to have to make two trips but that guy
ordered a metric buttload of crap.

*Yawn*

Reboot

I recently bought an iPhone. Let's see if I can successfully restart
my blogging habbit (okay, it wasn't too much of a real habbit - let's
see if it can get there though).

One really annoying item is that I am broke, and the bank system
decided to let me spend some money twice. So until I get paid in a
week and a half, I can't even pick up free stuff from the itunes store
- such as the type-horizontal-mode applications for the email (which
is how I am blogging right now) or a blogging app that supports tags.
