Quality is everything

Towards the end of the day, I was "allowed" to put together a floor model billiards cue&ball rack. This rack was a replacement for the original one we ordered, which had two holes drilled in a different spot on one side than another, prohibiting actual assembly.

The new one came in with several of the pieces heavily dented and worn, with the scoreboard piece heavily busted. And after going through both shelves, getting the best parts, it turns out we are going to send them both back as both sets have the cone chalk shelf too short to fit into the shelf-slot. It sucks.

And I just found out an upcoming pool table move is going to be us putting a pool table back UP some very steep stairs. I thought they stopped making stairs that steep back in the late sixties.
